The Common Thread
Much of my career has been built around martial arts, coaching, leadership, business ownership, and personal development.
Over time, that work has expanded into developing organizations, building teams, producing events, consulting, exploring technology, and working on new ventures and partnerships.
The projects may look different, but the common thread is usually the same:
Develop people.
Build strong teams.
Create better systems.
